A. Yes, the shells are a ground almond meringue, and the filling is either a butter cream or a chocolate ganache.
Q. How long do they last?
A. The are best eaten immediately! But can last up to 4 days from receipt.
Q. How do I store them until eaten?
A. Preferably in an air-tight container in the fridge.
