Each J’aime les macarons macaron is individually hand-made and filled with a luxurious chocolate ganache or smooth buttercream using the finest natural flavours and essences.

Milo – Green shell with Milo ganache

Chai Tea Marshmallow – one white shell, one coffee coloured shell dusted with cocoa filled with Chai latte flavoured marshmallow.

Licorice & Milk Chocolate – Black Shells filled with Milk chocolate licorice ganache

Peanut Butter & Jam – Shells topped withcrushed peanuts and filled with peanut butter Buttercream and raspberry jam

Earl Grey Tea – Shells topped with crushed tea leaves and filled with earl grey tea infused milk chocolate ganache

Apple Praline – Pale green shells. Filled with apple puree buttercream dried apple pieces and a caramel centre

Pear & Ginger – One white shell and one ginger shell. Filled with pear buttercream and crystallised ginger

Apricot & Pistachio – Orange shells dusted with fine toasted pistachio crumb. Filled with apricot ganache and pistachio pate in the centre

Cherry Cheesecake- One white shell and one dark purple/red shell. Filled with cream cheese buttercream and a square of Cherry jelly in the centre.

Maple Walnut – White shells with ones shell dusted with toasted crushed walnuts. Filled with toasted crushed walnuts and maple syrup buttercream

Sea Salt Chocolate – Chocolate shells filled with a 62% chocolate ganache and sea salt chocolate shards in the centre

Cassis – Purple shells with blackcurrant puree buttercream

Salted Butter Caramel – Salted Caramel buttercream
