We've put together all of the essentials and it is up to you to garnish your beautiful wreath with those all-important finishing touches - think whipped cream, custard or edible flowers!

Shells - ground almonds, sugar, egg white, gel food colour. 
Ganaches - milk, white and/or dark chocolate, cream, flavours.
Buttercreams - butter, sugar, egg white.
