Yes! All of our macarons are gluten free, although please note, our kitchen is not 100% gluten free which may affect anyone with a severe allergy

Yes – all macaron shells have an almond meal base and flavours can contain other nuts.  All of our fillings contain dairy.

We recommend they are best eaten within 5 days from receipt, which is when their texture is at its best

They are best kept in the fridge, in an air-tight container.  This enables their chewy texture to last as long as possible.

No, part of our process to ensure the correct texture of our macarons is to snap-freeze them the day they are baked.  For food safety reasons, food cannot be frozen twice.  

We are based in Christchurch, New Zealand, but courier our macarons safely around NZ almost every day.

Yes, we have been couriering our macarons for 10 years and have developed a method to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.  We can courier to almost every NZ address, including rural, although rural deliveries to require extra time.

Christchurch Central $6 - for 1/2 - 16 dozen.

South Island $8 for 1/2 – 3 dozen, $16 for 4 - 16 dozen. 

North Island $10 for 1/2 – 3 dozen, $20 for 4 - 16 dozen.
