Courier & Terms
We dispatch orders Monday through Wednesday. Order cut-off is 2pm (e.g, an order placed after 2pm on Monday will not be eligible for Monday dispatch). You will be prompted to select your dispatch date at checkout. This is a dispatch date (the day items leave our HQ) it is not the delivery date.
The vast majority of our parcels arrive overnight, but there are sometimes courier delays that are out of our control and parcels may take an extra day to arrive. Delivery to rural addresses takes up to 3 days.
After placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check all details are correct before you place your order to avoid any delays processing your order. If you need to make any changes please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds & replacements
Refunds or replacements are dealt with on a case by case basis. To discuss a refund or replacement, please get in touch with us email@example.com with your order details.
