Payments

J’aime Les Macarons offers the following forms of payment for purchases made on our online store;
- Credit card
- Afterpay
- PayPal

All payments are charged in New Zealand currency. Please note that buy/sell international exchange rates can be different depending on where your credit card provider processes the transaction, so the amount that appears on your statement may be slightly different to the converted invoice amount. The name that will appear on your bank statement is Macarons Etc Limited.

Sign Up Discount Code

J’aime les Macarons offers a 10% off discount code when customers sign up to receive marketing emails. This code can be issued once against each customer’s account. J’aime can use our discretion if fraudulent use of this code is suspected and can cancel out the use of the discount or order. This code is issued in good faith as a thank you for your custom, use of multiple email addresses to us this code will result in order cancellation.

All content in the form of photography, copywriting, and graphic design on the J’aime website is exclusive copyrighted property of J’aime. Unsolicited use of this content without prior approval is prohibited.

Refunds

Our products are covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (the CGA). If you consider that any products sent to you are damaged, defective, or fail to comply with any guarantees in the CGA, you can notify us at sales@jaimelesmacarons.co.nz and we will examine the received digital or physical evidence of the defective product. We will notify you of the outcome within 7 days, via email. If your refund is approved, we will prices the refund within 7 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you provided us with. You will be refunded through the same method of payment you initially made with us.

J’aime les Macarons does not offer returns or exchanges for products;
- purchased at discounted prices, unless the product is faulty
- customer is dissatisfied with for taste/flavour reasons
- sent to an incorrect delivery address, as provided by customer upon ordering.
