We have identified that the label on our 200g Rhubarb, Strawberry & Vanilla jam has an error.
The label states that the jam is 'dairy, gluten and nut free' which is correct (as the only ingredients in the jam are rhubarb, strawberry, vanilla and sugar), however the jam is made in our kitchen where all of those allergens (dairy, gluten and nuts including peanuts) are present.
While we adhere to strict kitchen hygiene practices, in accordance with our Custom Food Control Plan, there is a risk that the product may contain traces of those allergens.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you are concerned please do not consume any more of the product, and contact us as soon as possible.
