To create our collection for each season, we start with a theme. This Winter we decided to run with "New York Styles"....incorporating the modern, richly diverse, but truly Amercian style this cutting edge city embodies. We researched current flavour trends in the city (rosehip), played with some flavours iconic to New York (salted pretzels, albeit we failed to find a way to bring this flavour out in force), and added a few we found bold and beautiful, like the city itself. And voila! We landed on a collection of macarons that we think capture this exciting city.
