Valentine's Day is upon us, and this is always one of our busiest days of the year. Just like florists, we get a huge amount of customers looking for a little something to acknowledge a loved one, without going over-board, and a box of macarons fits the bill.
This year we have created two Valentine's Day flavours - Strawberry & Dark Chocolate (summer strawberry buttercream combined with a hit of dark chocolate ganache), and Raspberry Pink Lemonade (a slightly sour raspberry & white chocolate ganache, with a centre of pop-rock chocolate, to get your taste-buds tingling). Both flavours are previous best sellers, and taste as good as they look.
Our absolute favourite part of Valentine's Day is writing the cards for customers containing their sentimental messages - every year it's a lovely reminder just how much love there is going around!
