How Subscriptions Work

Your favourite macarons, on repeat — with 10% off every box.

Subscribe & save

Choose Subscribe on any subscription product and save 10% on every order. Each box is carefully packed and couriered straight to your door. When you subscribe, you are subscribing for a minimum of 2 subscription cycles before you are able to cancel your subscription.

Pick your rhythm

Delivery every 1, 2, or 3 months — your choice. The 10% saving applies to every option, and you can change how often you receive your macarons anytime.

Getting started

1. Select Subscribe & Save 10% on the product page.
2. Choose your frequency — every 1, 2, or 3 months.
3. Pick your dispatch date for your first box at checkout.
4. Create your account with your email — that's where you'll manage everything.

Your first box arrives on your chosen date. After that, each box is dispatched automatically around the same date every cycle — nothing more to do.

Managing your subscription

Everything lives in your account:

1. Log in with the email you used at checkout.
2. Open the account page
3. Open Manage Subscriptions.

From there you can skip an order, reschedule, change your frequency, swap products, update your address or payment details, or pause anytime.

Can't see your subscription? Make sure you're logged in with the same email you subscribed with.

Pausing or cancelling

Need a break? Pause or skip an order from your account. You can cancel anytime after your 2nd order — just login, open your account, and click Manage Subscriptions to pause, edit or cancel.

Billing

We charge your saved payment method each cycle, just before your box is made. If a payment doesn't go through, we'll email you to update it so your macarons keep coming.
