We are really excited to be working with Merivale Mall again these school holidays to offer Cupcake Decorating. Running from 12-2pm on Thursday 1st and 8th of October we are expecting all sorts of creativity - and a fair amount of sprinkles! 

It's $6 for a cupcake and we'll have all the toppings ready and waiting. Spaces are limited - and bookings are essential, so get in touch with Courteney at our Merivale shop to book your spot! Email - courteney@jaimelesmacarons.co.nz or call during opening hours on (03) 925 8008. 

This year we have had to re-think how we run the sessions to ensure everyone stays safe and still has a chance to be creative with all of the icing, sprinkles, edible glitter, macarons and more! Here are some of the steps we are taking...

1. Sessions, booking & contact information: We're offering four 20 minute sessions each day (12:00pm, 12:30pm, 1:00 and 1:30pm) with a limited number of spaces, and bookings are essential. This will ensure we know who attended when and how to get in touch afterwards. It also allows time to clean down and re-set between sessions. 

2.  Hand Sanitizer & Covid-19 Tracing App: We'll be displaying the J'aime les macarons QR code for anyone to 'Record a Visit'. We will also request everyone sanitizes their hands before starting to decorate.  

3. Limit Shared Items: Each child will have their own spoon to access sprinkles and decorations as well as their own plate and cupcake boxes to take the items away with them. There will be some interaction between attendees but with a maximum of four children to a table we will keep this to a minimuim. We will also place siblings, and those that book as a group, onto tables together.
