Our 2021 Winter Collection has been in development for a while now and we are so excited to share it with you all!
This year we have been inspired by the incredible fruits available with the season, as well as those dreamy winter desserts enjoyed in cosy jumpers and a roaring fire (or other more accessible but equally as enjoyable heat source).
The kitchen team have been busy crafting the concepts and working really hard to ensure the flavours pop, the buttercreams are luscious, the ganache filings are decadent and the shells are that perfect chewy texture. Safe to say they have been hard at work.
We know winter days can be a little...dreary so we made sure these macarons are anything but! The colours were vibrant and gusty so that whenever you reach for one of our macarons there is sure to be a little brightness to lift your spirits...whatever the weather.
We hope you enjoy our Winter 2021 Collection, and please do let us know your feedback. My personal favourite has got to be the Chocolate Berry Soufflé - it's the combination of chocolate mouse with tart berries that is just amazing.
